This term contains the general conditions of the Referral Program – Weni Insider, developed and offered by WENI. 

By completing and submitting the referral form, the CLIENT INDICATOR declares to be aware of and in agreement with all the provisions of this term.

1. DEFINITIONS:

WENI: company whose services and products will be referred.

CLIENT INDICATOR: client licensed to use the Weni Platform, who will indicate WENI’s services and products, respecting the criteria set forth in these Terms.

INDICATED: company duly indicated by the INDICATING CLIENT.

2. THE PROGRAM:

2.1. The Referral Program – Weni Insider consists of a partnership between WENI and the INDICATOR CUSTOMER initiated from indications made by the latter, about the WENI product and services, enabling the receipt of awards, provided that the criteria and requirements set forth in these Terms are respected.

2.2. The program may reward the INDICATING CLIENT, according to the indication criteria.

2.3. Referrals via Referral Program – Weni Insider will start and become effective on July 3, 2023. The program may be cancelled or renewed without prior notice at WENI’s discretion.

 It is established that the fact that the INDICATOR CLIENT has a registered referral does not mean that it is necessarily valid. It is mandatory to respect all the conditions established in this term for the nomination to be valid and eligible for award.

2.5 All nominations will only be awarded after validation of the INDICATE by WENI, as provided for in item 3 of these Terms.

2.6 It is the responsibility of the INDICATOR CLIENT that the data sent in the form is complete and correct, as well as that he/she checks with WENI if the indication is registered and accepted.

2.7 WENI shall not be held liable for any referrals made using incorrect, incomplete or improperly provided data or information.

3. THE REFERRAL CLIENT:

The CLIENT INDICATOR may only indicate through the program website (https://weni.ai/weni-insider/), filling in all the information on the form.

3.2 The program is exclusive for WENI customers who have a Platform Licensing Agreement, noting that (i) said Agreement must be in force; (ii) the INDICATOR CUSTOMER must be up-to-date with financial obligations; as well as (iii) the INDICATOR CUSTOMER, at the time of referral, cannot be in a period of notice for termination of the Agreement.

3.3 Acceptance to the program and nominations will be made on behalf of the Legal Entity that has a Platform Licensing Agreement formalized with WENI, and the transfer of the award to another company (another CNPJ) or individual is prohibited.

3.4. WENI customers who are already part of any other partnership program with WENI cannot participate in the Referral Program – Weni Insider therefore, the accumulation of the award provided for in this term with any other is prohibited.

3.5. The awards to the CLIENT INDICATOR for referral will be made according to the criteria set forth in these Terms.

4. CRITERIA FOR VALIDATION:

the INDICATOR CLIENT must confirm the awareness and acceptance of this Term of Adhesion, by completing the form available on the program website (https://weni.ai/weni-insider/).

4.2. WENI will inform about the validation of the indication after the closing of the INDICATE’s contract.

4.3 Incomplete referrals or those that do not meet all the requirements listed in item 3 of this term, as well as those of companies that have already started trading with WENI in the last 6 (six) months prior to the referral in the system or companies that are already WENI customers, will not be eligible for the program. 

4.4 The indication will only be validated after confirmation by WENI that all the data informed by the CLIENT INDICATOR in the indication form are true and the contract with the INDICATE duly signed.

4.4.1. Mandatory information about the CLIENT INDICATOR: full name, telephone number, company, corporate e-mail.

4.4.2. Mandatory information about the INDICATE: full name, telephone number, corporate e-mail of the Focal Point at the INDICATED company, website of the company to become a WENI customer. The CLIENT INDICATOR must also answer the following questions on the registration form with true data: (i) “The nominee is aware that WENI will contact him/her”; and (ii) “I have read and agree with the rules established by the Adhesion Term of the Referral Program – Weni Insider”.

4.5. Any nomination without prior authorization from the INDICATE for this purpose, indicated in the checkbox to validate that the nominee is aware of the provision of information, will not be considered valid for award purposes.

4.6. Only nominations made and confirmed in the manner described in item 3.1 will be considered valid.

4.7 Any nominations made through other channels or in other ways, such as by phone call, WhatsApp, etc. will not be considered valid or counted for award purposes.

4.8.  In cases where the INDICATE has been cited by more than one INDICATOR CLIENT, the indication that is complete and validated according to all the criteria set out in item 3 of this term and that has formalized the indication first will be computed. 

5. AWARDS:

5.1. Valid nominations will be computed until the last day of each month, and the award (according to the Awards Table) will be granted to the INDICATING CLIENT according to the deadlines informed in this term.

5.2. The criteria for granting awards to the INDICATOR CLIENT will be cumulative according to the Awards Table below.

5.6. For awards related to referral, the date for receiving any awards is counted from the validation of the referral by WENI, according to item 4 of this term.

5.8. The prize is a benefit granted to the CLIENT INDICATOR registered by the user at the time of registration, being non-transferable. If it is not used within six months, it will be lost.
