Knowledge Base: ensure rule alignment

The Agent Builder 2.0 ecosystem does not allow agents to search for information on the internet or from other sources that you have not permitted.

Upload your policies, tone of voice, brand manual, branding rules, manuals and other documents in various formats.

Agents will learn from this content and strictly follow what was instructed, ensuring that every response and action is 100% aligned with your operation's rules.

You in Command: Precise Instructions for Intelligent Agents

With Agent Builder 2.0, you define and adjust the role and assignments of each member of your multi-agent team. AI learns rigorously from your guidelines, ensuring that each action is aligned with your business strategy.

Overflow Rules

  • Transfer to human support only if the customer is a member of the benefits club and mentions the word "problem".
  • If the customer asks about "cancellation" three times in the same conversation, transfer to a human specialist.
  • Never transfer a customer for tracking questions. The Tracking Agent must resolve 100% of cases.

Tone of Voice and Personality

  • Communicate in a friendly and empathetic way, but avoid using slang.
  • When dealing with a complaint, use a more formal and solution-oriented tone.
  • Always introduce yourself as "Ana" at the beginning of the conversation.

Business Rules

  • Offer a 10% discount coupon if the customer abandons a cart with a value above $200.
  • For exchange requests outside the 7-day period, consult the knowledge base about exceptions before denying.
  • When confirming a delivery, suggest a complementary product based on the customer's purchase history.
